A step-to-step guide on how to place an order:
- Browse our Pin Your Thanks Pin Collection by clicking on The Pins or Designers from the menu at the top of the page.
- Select the design of pin you wish to order.
- Select Quantity for the number you wish to add to your cart.
- Click Add To Cart.
- Select View Cart or Continue Shopping.
- When you’ve finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon.
- If you are sending one or more pins to one address you can add your gift message here and proceed to checkout.
- If you have ordered more than one badge and wish to deliver to different addresses, click Ship to multiple addresses.
- Here you can choose how many are going to each address, add another pin of any design you already have in your cart and add gift messages to each recipient.
- Tap Continue to review your order and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Select Checkout to enter payment details and complete your purchase.

You'll receive an order confirmation from us when your purchase has been completed.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

The gift card is just the thing. They are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Each gift card enables the receiver to purchase one standard pin and also covers the cost of delivery in the UK.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Please note: Messages cannot be given with gift cards. You do have the option of leaving a general message that we may use on the #PinYourThanks web and social channels.
Gift card Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards can only be used for the purchase of standard pin badges.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase special edition pin badges.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other items from the #PinYourThanks website.
- Gift cards can only be used in the UK
- Gift card is neither a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.
- No change will be given. Our gift cards as designed to match the purchase price of pins (with postage).
- #PinYourThanks cannot be held liable for Gift Cards which are lost, stolen, damaged or any credit amounts on the cards. This includes funds used without your knowledge.
- Gift cards and any unused portions of gift cards expire six months after the date of purchase.
