Before you make a return, we’d ask you to think twice (unless your Pin(s) are damaged) as we are trying to raise as much money possible for charity. Every return uses up cash that could be going to a great cause!

Thank you so much for your purchase and supporting #PinYourThanks. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your order then get your product back to us at the following address: Airbox Fulfilment, Unit 8 Saxon Way, Harmondsworth, UB7 0LW, UK which you have a further 14 days to do so. Any returns received outside of this window may be rejected or refunded in the form of an online gift card.

You can request a refund or to exchange your item. Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund or exchange must be received by us, unused, with all parts of the product and in the same condition as you received it.

Remember to include your order number and proof of damage (if applicable) as well as a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received, if you’re eligible for a refund then we’ll get in touch via email to let you know. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment; please give us ten working days to get this processed as we’re busy sending pins out to all of you fantastic supporters! 

If your item is received after the thirty days then, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund but you will be given credit on your account to order another fantastic pin! We hope you understand but we’re trying to make sure we raise as much as possible for our amazing causes.

PinYourThanks will refund the price you paid for the products, excluding all delivery costs.

Late or missing refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank, credit card company or another method of payment in the first instance;  this is because there is often some processing time before a refund shows on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@pinyourthanks.org.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item please indicate which pin you would like to exchange this for as well as giving us ten working days after we receive the return to get your new pin or item sent out. 

Shipping:

Because we’re trying to make sure we raise enough money as possible for donations, it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using a fully tracked courier service to ensure your package is returned to us. Please keep hold of this tracking information until your return/exchange has been fully processed.
